Registration

For any registration changes and modifications, please contact LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Event Team here or via phone 763.412.3675.

You’ll receive an email with registration details at the email address provided during registration.

Approximately two weeks prior to the trip and again a few days prior to your departure, you’ll receive an email that includes confirmation of your hotel dates, a daily schedule, access to the mobile app and other event data.

Conference registrations may be canceled in writing until 12 a.m. local time on Friday, September 15, 2023. Please email your cancellation request here.

Refunds won’t be provided for those who don’t attend if they haven’t provided written notification prior to the cutoff of midnight Friday, September 15, 2023. Substitutions may be accepted upon approval. Please submit through the registration closing date of Friday, September 15, 2023.

Airfare costs, hotel room rates plus fees and taxes, transportation, meals outside of program provided meals, telephone calls, parking, and any other items of a personal nature will be at your own expense and not covered by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions.

Flights

Guests should arrange their flights in and out of John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA) on their own, based on personal schedules. Please email the LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Event Team here with your flight details.

Yes, you can drive to the hotel and park at your own expense. The overnight valet parking rate at the resort is $39 per night; there is no self-parking. Please contact the LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Event Team here with your estimated arrival.

Transportation and Hotel

Transportation to/from the hotel is on your own. It is recommended to use Uber or other rideshare services. The airport is located approximately 30 minutes from the hotel.

Upon your arrival at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa, you will check in at the hotel front desk located in the lobby. Hotel check-in is 4 p.m. PT.

You will be required to provide a credit or debit card for any charges you incur during your stay. A one-time authorization hold may be placed on your account. 

Following hotel check-in, please stop by the Trust:Live 2023 hospitality desk to receive your name badge and program materials. 

General

A guest or family member may travel with you, at their own expense, but is only allowed to attend Trust:Live 2023 sessions with valid confirmation of a ticket purchase.

Smart casual and resort casual: nice jeans, khakis, dress pants, casual skirts or dresses are appropriate. A light jacket or sweater is recommended this time of year in Dana Point.
