Rick Trainor
Rick Trainor is the Chief Executive Officer of the Business Services segment of the go-to-market LexisNexis® Risk Solutions brand. Named to this position in July 2009, Rick directs the unit’s worldwide strategy, market and product direction, and manages the sales and vertical marketing teams for the business unit’s financial services and corporate customers. In addition, he manages the company’s content acquisition, bulk content fabrication, sales and licensing.
Previously, Rick served as Senior Vice President of Content and Data Services. In that capacity, Rick was responsible for all content acquisition, along with bulk content fabrication, sales and licensing. Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Rick was vice president of Content for Seisint, a privately owned company which was acquired by LexisNexis® in 2004.
Prior to 2001, Rick served as Vice President of Contracts and Program Management for Diveo Broadband Networks, where he managed significant vendor financing agreements and the contract management aspects of building out world-class data centers and fixed wireless networks across Latin America.
Rick earned his BS in Accounting and MS in Finance from Boston College. He serves on the Board of the Consumer Data Industry Association. He is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Leslie Bailey
Leslie Bailey is the Vice President of Financial Crime Compliance and Payments for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. Leslie brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services field with a focus on determining marketing objectives and goals for various organizations’ financial crime compliance and payments solutions.
Since joining LexisNexis® Risk Solutions in 2018, Leslie has led several key initiatives in the company’s market strategy for financial crime compliance and payments for the United States and Canada. She collaborates with the research/development and product portfolio leaders to develop data-based market growth strategy based on analyses of market trends, competitive portfolios, technology advancements, customer needs and regulatory compliance.
Leslie earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Samford University. She holds many professional certifications, including her Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
John Campbell
Jeffrey Feinstein, PH.D.
Jeffrey Feinstein, Ph.D., is Vice President of Global Analytic Strategy at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. He oversees domestic and global statistical development and thought leadership for financial services and related industries.
Dr. Feinstein leads a team of over 100 data scientists in the US, UK, and Brazil. Jeffrey leads a team that focuses on application of the RELX Responsible AI Principles, a set of best practices regarding the development and maintenance of products based on a broad range of AI derived solutions across the business.
Besides the implementation of sophisticated algorithm development methods such as AI and ML, Jeffrey supports financial inclusion opportunities for unbanked consumers, business owners, and future business owners. He also works with customers to develop algorithms preventing identity fraud, first party fraud, and synthetic fraud; and to optimize FCC compliance processes.
Jeffrey joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2009, where he oversaw the transformation to apply machine learning and advanced analytics to LexisNexis Risk Solutions data assets. Prior to LexisNexis Risk Solutions he worked in development and research areas at Fair Isaac, now FICO.
Jeffrey has been a leader in the industry over 20 years. He earned his undergraduate degree at University of Buffalo, and his Ph.D. in behavioral science (with a minor in applied statistics) at Ohio State University.
Beth Kilian
As Senior Vice President of US Sales for Business Services, Beth successfully leads and motivates the US Sales and Global Sales Operations organizations. Beth is responsible for the strategic direction and driving client engagement, deployment of our solutions, and long-term client satisfaction. Her team spans across the United States and Canada and provides critical information solutions to our client base and net new prospects.
Beth has enjoyed a 33-year dynamic sales career with broad-ranging experience in leadership, sales-management, client engagement and strategic planning. She has extensive experience and proven success as both a Sales Leader and an individual performer. She is a driven professional that takes pride in her work and how she can motivate and influence professionals and their careers. She has been with LexisNexis for 26 years and has been in a leadership role with LexisNexis Risk Solutions since 2005.
In addition to her work with the sales organization, she enjoys her involvement in the company’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy and is inspired to be a part of the momentum the organization has built through ERG groups and Diversity and Inclusion efforts. She is passionate about building a culture of inclusion, innovation, and diversity.
Beth is a graduate of Illinois State University where she earned a BS in Child Development/Psychology.
Kevin King
Vice President of Credit Risk and Marketing Strategy, Kevin has over 15 years of experience in alternative credit data and risk analytics, having served in a variety of strategic and leadership roles at LexisNexis® Risk solutions, and formerly at ID Analytics. In each of these roles, Kevin has focused on providing financial services and telecommunications companies with a more complete view of consumer credit worthiness, enabling enterprises to expand financial inclusion and refine lending decisions across every consumer segment. A driving force in the industry for credit thought leadership, he has authored numerous whitepapers on a range of topics spanning credit and identity risk and routinely speaks on these topics at industry events. Kevin holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
Vijay Raghavan
Vijay Raghavan is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the portfolio of brands under LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Group. In this position, he is responsible for software development, R&D, information systems, security, and data center operations.
Having spent almost 30 years in Information Technology, Vijay has extensive experience in the management of diverse technology functions, with oversight of the full software development lifecycle and support functions for high-availability applications, which are powered by high-performance supercomputing platforms.
Previously, Vijay served as Vice President, Insurance Technology, LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, where he was responsible for all aspects of application development and maintenance for the insurance products.
Prior to joining the LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Vijay held senior executive positions at Paragon Solutions, where he was Chief Technology Officer; and at McKesson, a Fortune 15 company, where he was Vice President, Product Development within the Imaging Solutions Group.
Vijay holds a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and completed an Advanced Executive Education Program in Management, Innovation and Technology at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Kim Sutherland
Kim Sutherland, Vice President of Fraud and Identity Strategy at LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, leads the Americas commercial market strategy for consumer fraud analytics, identity verification, authentication and fraud investigations. With over 20 years of experience leading business strategy and product management, Kim’s responsibilities have spanned from building global professional service practices to developing cross-industry best practices and technical standards. Kim serves on the board of Women in Identity and the Identity Theft Resource Center. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Otterbein University.
