I hereby confirm that I and anyone on whose behalf I am registering have voluntarily chosen to participate in one or more of the activities and events planned and arranged by Augeo and/or LexisNexis® Risk Solutions during my trip. I am aware that such events and activities may present risks of personal injury, property loss or damage, and possible death to participants. I expressly and voluntarily assume all such risks that may result from my participation in any or all of the activities and events planned and arranged by Augeo and/or LexisNexis® Risk Solutions.

I hereby release Augeo and LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, and their respective employees, agents, affiliates and successors from all liability of injury, death or other loss or damage resulting from my participation in any or all of the events and activities planned and arranged by Augeo and/or LexisNexis® Risk Solutions in connection with my trip. I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Augeo and/or LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, and their respective employees, agents, affiliates and successors from all claims, judgments, and costs including attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with any action that may be brought resulting from my participation in any subject event or activity.

By registering for this event, I consent to photography, audio recording, video recording, and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar LexisNexis® Risk Solutions events, in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. I release LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, and its affiliates and representatives (including, but not limited to, their respective directors, officers and employees) and each and all persons involved, from any and all liability in connection with or arising from the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. By registering for this event, I waive all rights I may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of the photography and/or videography, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication regardless of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. I also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, or the person, or entity designated to do so by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions.

I have carefully read this agreement and release and fully understand its contents. I understand that my participation in this entire event is conditioned on, and consideration for, this release. I consent of my own free will.
